Store Policies

  • Security Information
    • Your information and transaction are processed through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL uses extremely powerful encryption, which makes it nearly impossible for someone else to gain access to your data.
    • Two ways to verify your credit card information is being protected while purchasing on the Internet:
      • Look for an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower right corner of your browser screen (lower left with Netscape).
      • Look at the address line at the top of the browser screen change from "http" to "https" as you access the ordering page.
  • Payment Options
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  • Shipping Information
    • We ship all orders to physical addresses via UPS. P.O. Box address deliveries are shipped via First Class Mail and are only offered to customers without a physical delivery address. We do not ship any orders outside the United States except orders placed over the phone by verified customers.
    • UPS only picks up shipments Monday thru Friday. Weekends and Holidays are not counted as transit times for any shipments except Saturday Delivery designated orders. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday providing that they do not fall under the category of Holidays.
    • Non-Air Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order.
    • Back Ordered items will not be charged to your card until those item(s) ship out from our warehouse to you.
